Preparation of sweet potato chips
Peel your sweet potatoes and cut into thin slices using a mandolin.
Heat your fryer to 170 °.
Immerse your sweet potato slices for a few minutes and place them on absorbable paper.
Add salt and cumin to your still hot potato chips and serve.
