Homemade nuggets, because it’s so good!

Homemade nuggets are so easy and delicious, you will never again buy them already prepare.

At My French Recipe, our objective is to show how easily you can cook at home and be proud of what you prepare! It becomes even more important when it comes to the food that our children love, like fried food and nuggets. To give children the desire to eat good things, they must know the authentic taste of the products. For that, nothing like homemade preparations! So en route to the country of homemade nuggets!


  • 3 chicken breast
  • Salt & pepper
  • Parsley
  • Paprika
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • A small bowl of flour
  • A small bowl of bread crumbs

Preparation of delicious homemade nuggets

Cut chicken fillets into large pieces. Wash the parsley. Peel the onion and slice it roughly.

Put in the bowl of your blender: chicken, parsley, onion, paprika, salt and pepper.

Blend until smooth.

In front of you, put 3 plates. One plate with flour, one with the beaten egg and one with breadcrumbs.

By hand, form rectangular nuggets and not too thick. Pass them in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Heat a deep fryer or frying pan with cooking oil. Cook the nuggets 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Drain them in paper towels.

Serve with a barbecue sauce. (If it’s homemade it’s even better of course!)

Good to know

The taste of nuggets depends in particular on the quality of the meat used. You can use all the pieces (except offal) as well as the skin if you use a farm chicken or organic. Otherwise use only the breasts.
