Classic French Seasoning
The herbes de Provence blend that's actually from Provence.

Esprit Provence makes an herbes de Provence seasoning the honest way: rosemary, savory, oregano, and thyme, grown and dried in the Provence region of France, not blended somewhere else and slapped with a French-sounding label. It's the same jar you'd find in a home kitchen in Avignon, made by a small, family-run company that cares about where its herbs actually come from.

What's in the blend

The four herbs

Rosemary, savory, oregano, and thyme, in roughly equal parts. No filler, no salt, no anti-caking agent. Just the four herbs that make up a true herbes de Provence blend.

Where it's grown

Most herbes de Provence sold in France isn't actually grown there. Esprit Provence's herbs are the real exception: grown and harvested in the Provence region, then dried and packed close to where they're picked.

How to use it

Rub it on chicken or fish before roasting, stir it into ratatouille, toss it with tomatoes and olive oil, or add a pinch to pasta or roasted vegetables. A little goes a long way.

Esprit Provence herbes de Provence, harvested in Avignon, France
About the Maker

Grown in Provence, by people who live in Provence.

Esprit Provence was started in 2013 in Avignon by a brother and sister, Anne and Olivier, who grew up around the plants of southern France and wanted to share them the right way. Here's the catch most people don't know: only a small share of the herbes de Provence sold in France is actually harvested in Provence. Anne and Olivier built their company to fix that, sourcing and drying their herbs right in the region the blend is named after.

Every jar of Esprit Provence herbes de Provence is a small promise: what's on the label is where it's actually from.
