Strawberry

The classic done right. Bright, jammy, and packed with real strawberry flavor. The kind that makes plain toast worth eating.

Apricot

Sweet and a little tart, with soft fruit pieces throughout. Great on a croissant, and even better melted over a brie.

Apricot & Lavender

Summery apricot with a gentle floral note. The lavender is subtle — it adds fragrance without tasting like soap. A Provence-in-a-jar kind of flavor.

Carrot & Passion Fruit

The wildcard of the set and usually the first one that runs out. Tropical, bright, slightly earthy — it sounds weird, it tastes great.

Ingredients

Apricot, strawberry, carrot, passion fruit, cane sugar, lemon, citrus pectin, lavender. No artificial additives or preservatives.

Taste

Fruit-forward and bright. Lower sugar than most jams means the fruit is actually the star. Real texture, real flavor — no candy sweetness.

Storage

Shelf-stable until opened. Refrigerate after opening and use within a few weeks. 4 jars × 100g / 3.5 oz each.

About the Maker

A Parisian workshop, started in 2015.

Confiture Parisienne was founded by Nadège Gaultier and Laura Gonzalez with one simple idea: make jam the right way, in Paris, without shortcuts. Every batch is still cooked in copper basins, stirred by hand, and filled with seasonal French fruit.

Their workshop sits in the 12th arrondissement — one of the only jam makers still producing inside the city itself. The recipes use a lot less sugar than standard jams, which means you actually taste the fruit. The packaging is designed like a collectible, with hand-illustrated labels and white lacquered glass jars.
