Macaron Baking Kit
Three tools. One goal: perfect macaron shells, every batch.

This macaron baking kit takes the guesswork out of piping. It pairs a French-made silicone macaron mat with a reusable pastry bag and a stainless steel piping tip sized specifically for macarons, so every shell comes out round, even, and the same size as the one next to it.

What's in the kit

De Buyer silicone macaron mat with 44 guide marks

Silicone macaron mat

A nonstick De Buyer mat with 44 guide marks, so every shell comes out the same size without a stencil. Safe for the oven or freezer, and easy to wipe clean.

15 inch reusable pastry bag for piping macarons

Reusable pastry bag

A 15" bag made from food-grade TPM, flexible like silicone, but it won't balloon under pressure. Gives you steady, even control while you pipe, and it washes and reuses for years.

Stainless steel piping tip sized for macarons

Piping tip, sized right

A round stainless steel tip with a 5/16" opening, the exact size for smooth, round macaron shells with no spreading or uneven edges. Won't rust or bend out of shape.

In detail

What's included

1 silicone macaron mat (15.75 x 11.8 in, 44 marks), 1 reusable 15" pastry bag, 1 stainless steel #803 piping tip (5/16" opening).

How to use it

Fit the tip into the bag, fill with macaron batter, and pipe onto the mat using the guide marks. The marks keep every shell the same size, so your macarons bake and pair up evenly.

Care & storage

Mat and bag are hand or dishwasher safe. Mat is oven and freezer safe (-40°F to 440°F). Tip is stainless steel and won't rust. Store all three together, dry, in a drawer.

Tools chefs actually use

Built by the brands professional bakers already trust.

The mat in this kit comes from De Buyer, a cookware maker founded in 1830 in the Vosges region of France and still run on the same tradition of durable, professional-grade tools. De Buyer has been making professional-quality cookware for nearly two centuries, and its bakeware is a staple in French pastry kitchens.

The bag and tip come from Ateco, a pastry brand known for tools that hold up to daily, repeated use. Pair them with the mat and you have the same setup our own cooking class chefs reach for when they teach macarons, no more, no less.
