Cookie decoration

For 10 cookies

Equipment

• Measuring cups and spoons
• Large bowl
• Parchment paper
• Cookie Cutters
• Spatula
• Baking sheet

Ingredients

• 5 Tbsp butter at room temperature
• 1/3 C sugar
• 1 C flour
• Pinch of salt
• 1 egg

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, with your hands mix together the butter, sugar, flour and salt.
3. When you have a crumbled texture, add the egg and mix until having a ball of dough.
4. Between 2 sheets of parchment paper, spread the dough with a rolling pin until having a thin layer of dough. (About 1 inch) Or use your hands to flatten the dough between the sheets of parchment paper.
5. Cut your cookies with a cookie cutter and set them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. (You can use a spatula to remove them from the table).
6. Bake for about 10 min into the oven (depending on the cookie thickness). Let cool down.
7. Decorate with icing.
