I’m often asked where I find my chocolate, or my ingredients. So here is the list (With link to buy on Amazon) of the ingredients I use and I love.

Cacao barry 70 professional chocolate - My French Recipe

This is the only dark chocolate I use to bake. It is perfect because it has a strong taste of chocolate, and not much sugar. It melts really well. This is a professional chocolate, but if you buy a pack like that, it will be cheaper than regular chocolate from the supermarket.

You can make chocolate ganache, no sugar added chocolate cake, French style chocolate cream, Chocolate fondant for example.
