What’s to expect?

Turn your team into a real cook’s brigade and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a real restaurant! You will have to imagine and design your meal from 3 basic ingredients and a pantry, all without recipes! Teams are formed, each of them will be responsible for creating an appetizer, a dish or a dessert. teams are challenged to create culinary masterpieces from scratch.

The first phase of the animation is dedicated to reflection: writing recipes, distribution of tasks, organization of training, decoration of plates.

Strategy, creativity and communication are all crucial for the win.

After the validation of the recipe by one of our chefs, let’s get cooking! Then you enjoy all together the fruit of your work around a good meal.

 

Timeline

The innovative cooking challenge lasts about 3h.

  • 30 min : Guests arrive and enjoy beverages and complimentary appetizers.
  • 15 min : Introduction to event program, team division.
  • 1h : Guests begin to cook.
  • 15 min : Cooking ends and present their creations to the judges.
  • 1h : Guests are seated for the meal, winners announced during dessert.
  • Event ends and guests depart.

Pricing for the innovative cooking challenge

Prices for our Innovative Cooking Challenge may vary based on guest count. Prices are based on a minimum of 10 guests. Prices start at $169 per person, depending on your guest count and venue selection. Cost is all-inclusive:   staff, ingredients, venue fee, party rentals, non-alcoholic beverages, and service fee.

Our proposals are all-inclusive except for wine and beer.

 

Menu

Because we use fresh & seasonal ingredients from local suppliers and farms, the menu will vary depending on what is available that day. We will send you the menu upon your booking. Please do let us know if you have any food allergies or preferences.

Upon arrival, your guests are welcomed with our complimentary French appetizers:  platter of cheese, bread, fresh vegetable and cold cuts. For your Cooking Challenge event, our pantry is stocked with exciting ingredients to inspire each team to culinary success! The main ingredients you choose will be the foundation of a delicious meal your team prepares together.
