I love eating pasta, and I’m sure so do you. But if like me, you want to have balanced meals, and more energy, you can’t just eat pasta every day!
So this recipe is a perfect tip to eat zucchini just like it was pasta!
- 2 oz of smoked salmon
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tablespoon of sour cream
- Salt, pepper, curry
Préparation of the zucchini noodles
Start cutting the zucchini in the height in slices. Then cut each slice si that you have zucchini noodles.
Put some olive oil in a pan and cook in it the zucchinis noodles for 5 minutes. Add the cream, salt, pepper and curry.
Cook for 3 minutes at low heat.
Cut the salmon into pieces.
In a plate serve the zucchini noodles and add the salmon.
