White chocolate and raspberry tart

White chocolate and raspberry, it’s a mixture of flavors that kills! So how not to succumb to this white chocolate raspberry pie? The raspberry is discreet at the sight, but in the mouth refreshes perfectly the white chocolate, and becomes explosive! Succumb!

Tart chocolate white raspberry, attention sin of gluttony! A recipe fruited with tart, to which the white chocolate brings a note of gluttony.

Ingredients for your white chocolate and raspberry tart

  • 1 sanded dough
  • 150 g of raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar for jam
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 20 cl of crème fraîche
  • 4 g of agar agar

Preparation of the white chocolate and raspberry tart

Pre bake the sanded dough in the tart molds (the better way is to cover the sanded dough with parchment paper and put ceramic beans on it) , about ten minutes at 160 °. Take care to prick the dough with a fork and place cooking balls to keep the shape.

Meanwhile, cook the raspberries on low heat with the sugar for 15 min. Let cool.

Melt the white chocolate with the cream. Add the agar agar.

Once your dough is cooked, put a layer of raspberry then a layer of white chocolate.

Leave yourself at least an hour for the cream to take well.

Try not to eat all at once!
