  • Ingredients for your fruit carpaccio:
  • Apples, strawberries, bananas, kiwis, red berries. (You can c-hange the fruits according to your tastes)
  • For the syrup:
  • 1/2 C (120 ml) water
  • 1/2 C (100g) sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • Cinnamon, ginger
  • Fresh mint

Preparation of the syrup:

In a saucepan, heat the water and the sugar, with 1 grated vanilla bean, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of ginger. As soon as it boils, turn off the heat and let it steep.

Preparation of carpaccio:

With a mandoline slicer, slice all the fruit into strips. Arrange the strips of carpaccio on a plate. With a brush, cover the fruit with the syrup at the last moment.

Decorate with fresh mint.
