The Macaron Mogador was created by Pierre Hermé. A french famous and creative pastry chef. This unexpected flavor is made of milk chocolate and passion fruit. And these 2 products make an incredible and unexpected flavor: The sweetness of the milk chocolate, and the freshness of the passion fruit are just perfect together.
Join us and discover the incredible flavor as well as all the secrets to succeed with french macarons.
First we will make together the Mogador cream. Then, we will bake the macaron’s shells. We will let them cool while we will be enjoying a glass of wine.
And we will fill the shells with our delicious cream.
Be patient! The macarons are at their best 24 hours after baking! So the flavors can grow, and the shells can dry a bit. (I know it’s hard to wait)
