- 2 leeks
- 20 g butter
- 30 cl of sour cream
- 2 eggs
- Pepper / salt
- 100g smoked bacon
- 100 g of Parmesan cheese
- 1 shortcrust pastry dough
Preparation of the Leek and parmesan Pie
Cut the green part and the foot of the leeks. Cut into thin slices and wash them.
Put the leeks in a large skillet and add the butter. Let cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat. At the end of cooking season with salt and pepper.
Mix regularly to prevent them from hanging.
In another skillet degrease the bacon. Cook for several minutes. Put them in a colander to remove the fat and rinse them with water.
