As it is still very hot, we thought we had to take this fruity popsicle recipe out today, what’s best than an homemade kiwi & strawberry popsicle with very little sugar. It is easy, full of vitamins and not too sweet. But above all, so refreshing!
Preparation time: 20 minutes – Freezing time: 2 hours
Serves 4 people:
- 3 kiwi fruit
- 200g of strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
Preparation of your kiwi and strawberry popsicle
Rinse the strawberries in cold water, hull them then cut them in two. Peel the kiwi fruit then cut them in large chunks.
In a blender, mix the strawberries with the icing sugar. Repeat the process for the kiwi-fruit to get a purée.
In popsicles moulds, pour a first layer of the kiwi purée, then place for an hour in the freezer.
Add a second layer of strawberry purée, filling up the molds (but not quite to the top), push in an ice lolly stick then put back in the freezer for an hour.
