Crispy zucchini chips

Say hello to zucchini chips and goodbye to your regular store bought chips! Chips are so good with a good glass of wine but not always healthy. Try our amazing crispy zucchini chips with a perfect taste but less oil than an industrial potato chips ! Be careful, after you try them, you’ll probably only want to eat these green veggie chips!

Ingredients for zucchini chips

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into ⅛” rounds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation of zucchini chips

Preheat your oven to 400 ° F. Line a metal baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

Slice zucchini into thin slices.


Arrange zucchini in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. It’s ok if they are touching as they will shrink during baking. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Some olive oil. Place a small teaspoon of freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top of each slice.

Bake at 400 ° F for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown on top.
