Ingredients (for 6 people):
- 1 homemade dough (180g of flour, 90g of butter at room temperature, 1 pinch of salt, 30ml of ice water)
- 200 g bacon
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl of cream
- 20 cl of milk
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Round mold
- Rolling pin
For the dough (French Pâte brisée)
In a bowl, pour the flour and the butter. Mix with your hand, till you have a sand texture. Be sure to mix all the pieces of butter with the flour. Add the water (very cold). Mix well and make a bowl of dough. Put in the fridge for at least 30 min.
Preheat the oven to 360 ° F.
Roll your dough with a rolling pin. Add flour to prevent it sticking. Roll until your dough is the size of your mold.

Fill the mold with parchment paper. Then add the dough. With a fork makes small holes. Leave it in the fridge.
In a pan, cook the bacon. Drain the cooking fat.
In a bowl mix the eggs, the cream and the milk. Add the pepper. Add the bacon, mix and pour over the dough.
Cook 45 to 50 minutes in the oven.
