Now you can make the real french macaron easily!

French macarons have never been so easy to bake with this baking mix. No need to scale. Only natural ingredients, no additives or preservatives.

Follow the instructions in the back of the baking mix and bake amazing french macarons.

Instructions to bake the french macarons with the baking mix:

Beat the egg whites untill they are stiff, starting with a pinch of salt.

Add the regular sugar when your whites begin to foam and increase the speed of the beater. When you have a white and brilliant texture, add the baking mix.

With a spatula take the dough from the bottom to the top, making ribbons untill it is smooth.

Use a big oven plate coated with parchment.

Garnish a pastry bag with a plain tip and the macarons dough and make small, regular dots on your plate.

Let your macarons rest in a room where there is no moisture 15 minutes. Place in a preheated oven at 300 ° F, about 19 to 22 minutes. Let cool completely before unsticking the macaron shells. You can now fill them with whatever you like!

Ingredients you will need:

  • 2 tbsp of regular sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • Filling for the shells: jam, chocolate ganache, banana, whatever you like!

Material you will need:

  • Silicone spatula.
  • Plain pastry tip.
  • Pastry bags.
  • Oven plate coated with parchment.

Bakes about 40 shells, so about 20 macarons.
