Minty moist chocolate cake

The flavor of the month of December is going to be refreshing! Discover our delicious minty chocolate cake made with our Fondant au chocolat baking mix.

This nice little cake will be on sold on Richardson farmers market and Casa Linda farmers market the whole month of December. After that, you ca bake it at home with this recipe!

 

Ingredients:

 

Preparation of our minty chocolate cakes

In a saucepan, melt the butter until it is liquid. On a low heat, pour the baking mix into the pan and mix until the chocolate is completely melted. Out of the fire, add the eggs. Whisk until you obtained a smooth paste.

Crush 5 candy canes into powder. Add them to the batter.

Pour the batter in muffin molds. Bake at 380°F for 12 min.

When the cakes are cold, put in a candy cane for decoration.
