Mini chef cooking day

This cooking day is open to young kids, from 4 to 9 years old. This group of young students will have their own instructor (French native) to help them.
It will be a small group of 6 kids max.
From 9:30am to 1h30pm on Wednesday (November the 22nd)
We will cook together our lunch and eat together. After the lunch we will make a preparation that kids will take home.
- Boulettes de poulet au parmesan (Chicken meatballs)
- Tian de légumes (South of France style Vegetables)
- Home made lemonade
- Gingerbread man decoration
To take home
- Rose des sables au chocolat au lait et chocolat noir (Chocolate treats)

What they will learn: How to cook with fresh ingredients. Food safety and hygiene.
Cooking classes are given by Isabel Mota, licensed with food manager certificate and French native. She also gives French cooking classes at the Alliance Française de Dallas. And is also the founder of the 1st French baking mixes created to help people bake French desserts at home.
You’ll receive all the recipes by email a week after the end of the camp.
